Board Certified Master Mental Health Coach!

Monte has successfully completed his certification as a Master Mental Health Coach, enabling him to train others in recognizing, peer counseling and mentoring, as well as referring individuals seeking mental health support.

This development is immensely beneficial for the mental health care community in Montezuma County. Coaches in this role serve as vital "gateways" to additional services, assisting those in need to find not only the appropriate type of support but also the right service providers. By familiarizing themselves with local providers, they ensure referrals are made to those who can deliver the compassionate care individuals deserve.

To date, Monte has collaborated with the Montezuma Ministerial Alliance's Ashley's Project to cultivate a network of such coaches, with further training opportunities planned for first responders as well. We commend Monte for his outstanding efforts and wish him continued guidance in this important mission of mercy.
